Directions
- 1Cream together cold butter and sugars.
- 2Mix in eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
- 3Slowly mix in dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
- 4Add mix-ins (2 cups white chocolate and 2 cups Oreo).
- 5Make 12 equal-sized cookie dough balls with a whole Oreo inside each.
- 6Add more Oreo pieces on top.
- 7Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
