Directions

  1. 1ضعي الزبدة مع السكر في مقلاة وكرّميهم مع بعض.
  2. 2أضيفي شرائح الأناناس إلى المقلاة.
  3. 3في وعاء، اخلطي البيض مع السكر والفانيليا.
  4. 4انخلي الطحين مع البيكنج باودر والملح والكاكاو.
  5. 5أضيفي الحليب السائل إلى المكونات الجافة واخلطي جيدًا.
  6. 6اسكبي خليط الكيك فوق الأناناس في المقلاة.
  7. 7اطهي الكيك على نار هادئة لمدة ربع ساعة، ثم غطيه.
  8. 8اقلب الكيك بعد ربع ساعة واطهيه لمدة 10 دقائق على الوجه الثاني.
  9. 9زيّني الكيك بصوص الشوكولاتة.

  • 1 كوب سكر
  • 1 ملعقة كبيرة فانيليا
  • 2 كوب طحين
  • 1 كوب كاكاو
  • 1 رشة ملح
  • 2 ملعقة كبيرة بيكنج باودر
  • 2 كوب حليب سائل
  • 1 صوص شوكولاتة
