Directions

  1. 1Cut the potatoes into a crosshatch pattern.
  2. 2Quarter the potatoes and place them into ice water to draw out the starch.
  3. 3Slaver the potatoes with Cajun butter.
  4. 4Place the potatoes into the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Serve up the potatoes.
