Serves 25

Directions

  1. 1In your shaker bottle of room temperature water, mix 2 scoops of clear protein with your MIO (optional) and jello mix. Set aside.
  2. 2Boil 1/4 ish cups water in a bowl and whisk in your gelatin.
  3. 3Whisk quickly and then add your protein mixture fairly quick as well.
  4. 4If the gelatin freezes up or forms a clump, you can microwave the mixture in increments of :10 seconds to get it to dissolve, but do not over microwave it.
  5. 5After it’s all mixed, put it back in a pourable cup or add it back to your shaker bottle for easier transfer to your molds.
  6. 6Let stand in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but the longer they are in the fridge the more firm like a gummy they’ll become.
  7. 7Once done, remove from molds and enjoy!
  8. 8They can be stored in any container in the fridge.
