Directions
- 1In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, and KFC herbs and spices.
- 2Mix together.
- 3Add diced chicken and an egg.
- 4Coat chicken evenly in flour.
- 5Lay chicken on baking paper and spray with cooking oil.
- 6Air fry or oven bake.
- 7Cut potatoes into french fry shapes.
- 8Soak in ice bath for 10 minutes.
- 9Pat completely dry.
- 10Spray with cooking oil.
- 11Add seasoning mix.
- 12Mix well and air fry or oven bake until golden brown.
- 13Add the rest of the seasoning and mix.
- 14Pair fries with popcorn chicken and enjoy.

- 0.5 Tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 Tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 Tsp onion powder
