Directions
- 1Bring water and brown sugar to a boil in a small saucepan.
- 2Reduce heat and stir in cinnamon.
- 3Simmer for 2 minutes.
- 4Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter extracts.
- 5Whisk in half and half and milk.
- 6Pour into a mason jar using a funnel.
- 7Shake before each use.
