Directions
- 1Start by cutting your chicken in small dice.
- 2Mix the chicken with soy sauce and 1 egg.
- 3Bread the chicken preparation in cornstarch.
- 4Cook the chicken in the air fryer.
- 5Mix sugar with soy sauce, Sriracha sauce and a touch of honey.
- 6When the mixture is homogeneous, add the chicken until it is well coated.
- 7Finish with a little sesame and chives or spring onion.

- 100 g fécule de maïs
- 1 filet huile d'olive
- 30 g cassonade
- 5 cl sauce soja
- 3 cl sauce sriracha
- 2 C A S miel
- 1 oignon cébette
- 1 C A S graines de sésame
