Directions

  1. 1Finely chop red onion, tomato, parsley and red pepper.
  2. 2Add chopped vegetables to a bowl.
  3. 3Add crushed garlic, lemon juice, pomegranate seeds, sumac, aleppo pepper flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper to the bowl.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients together.

  • 0.5 red onion
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 80 g pomegranate
  • 0.5 tsp sumac
  • 0.5 tsp aleppo pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 0 salt
  • 0 black pepper
