1Get bone-in chicken thighs, take the skin off, and cut slits across it.
2Add 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tsp salt, and 3-4 tsp lime juice. Mix it up and set aside for 30 minutes.
3Make the marinade with ½ cup yogurt, 1.5 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp Kasuri Methi, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
4Add the chicken to the marinade and mix thoroughly.
5Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
6Bake in the oven at 425°F on the lower rack for 20-25 minutes.
7Broil on high on the upper rack for 7-12 minutes to get the tandoor char.
