Directions

  1. 1Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. 2Add in one cup of salsa.
  3. 3Add in four ounces of diced sweet onion.
  4. 4Add in four ounces of reduced fat cream cheese.
  5. 5Add two tablespoons of taco seasoning.
  6. 6Mix everything up.
  7. 7Cook on high for four hours.
  8. 8Shred the chicken.

  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
