Potato Waffle

Directions

  1. 1Boil the potatoes.
  2. 2Peel the boiled potatoes.
  3. 3Press the potatoes through a sieve.
  4. 4Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. 5Add the whipped egg whites to a bowl.
  6. 6Add the sieved potatoes to the egg whites.
  7. 7Melt butter in a small pot.
  8. 8Add salt to the melted butter.
  9. 9Add flour to the melted butter and salt mixture.
  10. 10Pour the butter mixture into the potato and egg white mixture.
  11. 11Mix until well combined.
  12. 12Pipe the potato mixture onto a waffle maker.
  13. 13Close the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  14. 14Serve the potato waffle with tartar and garnish with herbs and edible flowers.
