Directions
- 1Add the sugar, eggs and oil to a glass bowl.
- 2Mix everything really well with a whisk until it gets nice and foamy.
- 3Sift in the flour and baking powder using a sieve.
- 4Add the milk.
- 5Mix everything together until well combined.
- 6Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- 7Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 35 minutes.
- 8Sprinkle some powdered sugar or confectioner's sugar on top.

Tips
