Directions
- 1Add cooked pasta and sauce, then mix.
- 2Add cottage cheese, cheddar, parmigianno reggiano, cheddar powder, milk, salt and pepper to a pot.
- 3Heat over low heat until warm, but don't melt the cheese.
- 4Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- 5Store in a jar, it will thicken up in the fridge.
