Clean the pig feet thoroughly, rinse them, and then boil them for 1 hour with vinegar.

Rinse the pre-boiled pig feet again to remove any gunk and place them in a pan.

Pour some W sauce over the pig feet.

Add all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (optional), cayenne pepper (optional), and Cajun mild seasoning.

Mix the seasonings thoroughly with the pig feet.

Add the bell peppers, onions, and celery to the pan and mix again.

Add more all-purpose seasoning if desired (optional).

Pour in about half a bottle of chicken broth and the rest water.

Chop up butter and add it to the pan.

Cover the pan and place it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours.

Uncover the pan and bake for an additional 1 hour.

Add some more vinegar.
