1Quarter the whole green cabbage, separate the leaves, and boil for 3 minutes before draining.
2Brown the ground beef and season with paprika, onion powder, chicken bouillon, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3Stir in the tomato-basil sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
4Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and Parmesan in a bowl.
5Add a layer of meat sauce to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and layer in cabbage, meat sauce, and the cottage cheese mixture, repeating until used.
6Top with shredded mozzarella.
7Bake uncovered at 400°F for 30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
8Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into 8 pieces.

Tips
