Finely mince the red bell pepper.

Finely mince the pickled jalapeños.

Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt together in a small bowl.

Combine the mayonnaise, minced peppers, minced jalapenos, jalapeno brine, and seasoning blend in a medium bowl.

Stir everything together until smooth.

Transfer the sauce to an airtight container.

Refrigerate the sauce for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to blend.

0.25 teaspoon cumin
0.25 teaspoon chili powder
0.25 teaspoon salt

Tips
The brine from the pickled jalapenos is important for adding tanginess.
