Homemade Baja Sauce (Taco Bell Copycat)

Directions

  2. 2Finely mince the pickled jalapeños.
  3. 3Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt together in a small bowl.
  4. 4Combine the mayonnaise, minced peppers, minced jalapenos, jalapeno brine, and seasoning blend in a medium bowl.
  5. 5Stir everything together until smooth.
  6. 6Transfer the sauce to an airtight container.
  7. 7Refrigerate the sauce for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to blend.
