Directions
- 1Add a frozen bag of shredded potatoes to a baking dish.
- 2Add in one stick of melted butter.
- 3Mix until potatoes are nicely coated.
- 4Add one can of cream of chicken soup and one small container of sour cream.
- 5Mix well.
- 6Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse seasoning.
- 7Add in half a bag of shredded cheddar cheese and mix.
- 8Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
- 9Take it out, mix again, and smooth it over.
- 10Add the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Broil for one or two minutes for bubbly cheese.
