Directions

1Add a frozen bag of shredded potatoes to a baking dish.
2Add in one stick of melted butter.
3Mix until potatoes are nicely coated.
4Add one can of cream of chicken soup and one small container of sour cream.
5Mix well.
6Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse seasoning.
7Add in half a bag of shredded cheddar cheese and mix.
8Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
9Take it out, mix again, and smooth it over.
10Add the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Broil for one or two minutes for bubbly cheese.
