  2. 2Cook the seasoned steak in a hot pan for about a minute and a half on each side until done.
  3. 3While the steak is cooking, chop up two bell peppers and one onion.
  4. 4Once the steaks are finished cooking, remove them from the pan.
  5. 5Add a few tablespoons of butter to the same pan and let it melt.
  6. 6Add the chopped bell peppers and onion to the pan and cook for a few minutes until tender.
  7. 7Add a big scoop of minced garlic to the tender vegetables and cook for another minute.
  8. 8Add one can of undrained tomatoes with green chilies to the pan.
  9. 9Add three cups of low sodium beef broth and three cups of instant rice to the pan.
  10. 10Stir everything up really well and let it boil.
  11. 11While the rice is cooking (which will take about five to eight minutes), slice the cooked steak into bite-sized pieces.
  12. 12Season the sliced steak really well with Slap Ya Mama seasoning and a packet of taco seasoning.
  13. 13Heat up about 3/4 cups of queso.
  14. 14Once the rice is cooked through, spread the heated queso on top.
