Directions

  1. 1Mix water with yeast and sugar.

  9. 9Roll out the dough and cut into circles using a metal lid or cutter.
  10. 10Place a spoonful of spinach filling onto each circle.
  11. 11Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
  12. 12Brush a baking pan generously with oil.
  13. 13Arrange the fatayer close to each other in the pan.
  14. 14Brush the tops with a generous amount of oil.
  15. 15Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  16. 16Bake for 12-17 minutes until golden brown.
