Thinly slice some Napa cabbage.

Slice the carrot into matchstick strips.

Separate the white part from the greens for the green onions.

Cut the green parts of the green onion into large chunks.

Thinly slice an onion.

Set aside the sliced onion.

Finely mince up garlic.

Slice chicken thigh into quarter-inch pieces.

Tenderize the chicken with baking soda.

Season the chicken with soy sauce.

Season the chicken with oyster sauce.

Give the chicken a good mix and set it aside.

To make the sauce, combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for balance.

Cook the wheat noodles for about a minute in boiling water.

Add oil to your wok and make sure it gets nice and hot.

Once the noodles have absorbed all the sauce, finish it off with sesame oil.

Tips
You can add whatever veggies you want.
If you don't have dark soy sauce, leave it out. Do not substitute with regular soy sauce as it will be too salty.
