Start with 1 pound of ground beef in the crockpot.

Toss in 3 cups of diced potatoes (southern style hash browns).

Add in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, scraping it out thoroughly.

Add seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder (a little extra), black pepper, and salt.

Pour in 1.5 cups of beef broth.

Place 1 block of Philadelphia cream cheese on top.

Put the lid on and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.

After 3 hours, stir the mixture to incorporate the creaminess.

Add 12 ounces of cooked egg noodles and fold them in.

Once half folded in, add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix the cheese in until it's nice and melty.

Finally, add some bacon bits on top.
