7Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, Tony’s creole seasoning, red pepper flakes, paprika, Italian seasoning, oregano, black pepper, and adobo seasoning.
8Cook the ground beef until browned.
9Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the beef.
10Mix the tomato paste with the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes.
11Add the marinara sauce.
12Once the marinara sauce comes to a simmer, add the beef broth.
13Bring the heat to medium-high.
14Once the meat sauce comes to a boil, break the lasagna noodles into pieces.
15Add the lasagna pieces to the pot.
16Cover the pot and let it cook for 6-7 minutes.
17Toss in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
18Add a second round of the same seasonings (a little less than before).
19Mix well before adding fresh parsley and fresh basil.
20Cover the pot for another 5 minutes and let it simmer on low.
21For the ricotta mixture, grate Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
22In a small bowl, add 2 parts ricotta, 1 part mozzarella, and 1 part Parmesan.
23Add fresh basil to the ricotta mixture and mix.
24Serve the lasagna soup with a dollop of the ricotta mixture.
25Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
