Directions

  1. 1Gather all ingredients for the pot roast.
  2. 2Unpackage the chuck roast and place it in a bowl to wash.
  3. 3Wash the chuck roast under running water.

  11. 11Cut open the bag of celery sticks and empty them into the colander to wash.

  13. 13Continue searing the chuck roast, flipping it to brown all sides.
