4Pop it into your crock pot with some chicken broth, orange juice, lime juice, and minced garlic.
5Add one can of diced green chilies, the seasonings listed below, and a chopped onion.
6Put on that lid and let it cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
7Once you can stick a pair of tongs in there and shred that as easily as your hopes and dreams, you're ready to make some tacos.
8Get a big pan over medium heat and add in a little bit of that pork so it can crisp up.
9Dip your tortilla into those juices and fry it on both sides so it's nice and crispy.
10Add a little pile of Chihuahua cheese to each taco, smash them down and repeat this process until you run out of tortillas, meat, patience, or all three.
