Directions

  1. 1Clean and prepare the wooden cutting board.
  2. 2Place the ground beef on a piece of parchment paper and place it on the cutting board.
  3. 3In a frying pan, melt butter and add ground beef.
  4. 4Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  5. 5Add curry powder to the ground beef and stir.
  6. 6Chop the green bell pepper and add it to the pan.
  7. 7Stir and cook until tender.
  8. 8Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Finely chop the scotch bonnet peppers.
  9. 9In a food processor, combine onion, garlic, ginger, scotch bonnet peppers, green onions, thyme, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and curry powder. Blend until smooth.
  10. 10Add the spice paste to the ground beef and mix well.
  11. 11Add beef broth to the mixture and simmer until thickened.
  12. 12In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and butter.
  13. 13Add water and mix until a dough forms.
  14. 14Knead the dough into a ball.
  15. 15Roll out the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  16. 16Fold the dough over and roll it out again.
  17. 17Cut out circles using a plate and brush with egg wash.
  18. 18Fill the circles with the ground beef mixture.
  19. 19Seal the patties and crimp the edges using a fork.
