Pumpkin Baked Brie
Directions
- 1Spread pumpkin butter on a sheet of puff pastry.
- 2Place a Brie round in the center of the puff pastry.
- 3Cut off the excess puff pastry.
- 4Wrap the puff pastry tightly around the Brie.
- 5Use several strands of baker's twine to create the pumpkin shape.
- 6Flip the pumpkin over and brush with an egg white wash.
- 7Bake in the oven at 375°F for approximately 20 minutes.
- 8Add finishing touches with sage leaves after letting it cool and cutting off the string.
