Queijo Quente Caramelizado

Directions
- 1Melt a little butter in a pan over low heat.
- 2Add two slices of your favorite bread to the pan.
- 3When lightly golden, turn the slices and stuff one of them with lots of cheese.
- 4Close the sandwich with the other slice.
- 5Add a little more butter to the pan and, when melted, turn the sandwich to brown the other side.
- 6With the cheese melted, turn the sandwich again and cover the top with more cheese, and cover the pan.
- 7When both sides are golden brown and the cheese grilled, add honey to caramelize both sides.
