Add flour, brown sugar and cinnamon to a large bowl for the streusel topping.

Add cold butter to the bowl.

Crumble the mixture by hand.

Pop that in the fridge and let's make the cake.

Add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to another large bowl for the cake mix.

Get it mixed and set it to the side.

In the next bowl, we need butter, eggs, sugar, a big splash of vanilla extract, and sour cream.

Get the mixer in here and get this all incorporated.

Once those moist ingredients are incorporated, add the dry ingredients.

Get the mixer back in here.

Half of this cake batter is going to go in the bottom of a loaf pan.

Add half of the streusel topping to the center of the cake.

Before adding the next top of cake batter, just drizzle some cinnamon sugar in here.

Get the last half of the cake batter on top.

Top it off with the rest of the streusel topping.

Add yet another little bit of cinnamon sugar.

In the oven at 350 for approximately 50 to 55 minutes.

Leave it to sit in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before removing it.

Take the cake out of the loaf pan.

Slice it and enjoy it while it's warm.

For crumble consistency, use hands to mix or a fork, or a pastry cutter.
