Directions

  1. 1Roast zucchini, onion, and garlic.
  2. 2Boil water and cook pasta.
  3. 3Blend roasted zucchini, garlic, spinach, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, pepper, and water until smooth.
  4. 4Combine cooked pasta and zucchini sauce.
  5. 5Garnish with roasted zucchini slices and basil.

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 handful basil
