Directions

  1. 1Melt one stick of butter in a frying pan.
  2. 2Add eight to ten cloves of garlic.
  3. 3Add about one cup of cream and four ounces of room temperature cream cheese.
  4. 4Stir until the cream cheese melts.
  5. 5Add about half a cup of parmesan cheese (the video shows more being added).
  6. 6Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. 7Stir in a little bit of pasta water.
  8. 8Add one pound of fettuccine pasta.
  9. 9Mix well to combine.
