Directions

  1. 1Add drained corn, cream style corn, sour cream, egg, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and Jiffy corn muffin mix in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Mix well.
  3. 3Spread into a greased 9x11 baking dish.
  4. 4Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
