Directions
- 1Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
- 2Make lengthwise slices into the zucchini, without cutting all the way through.
- 3Season the zucchini with salt and black pepper.
- 4Grate some cheese.
- 5Crack the eggs onto a plate.
- 6Season the eggs with salt and pepper and whisk.
- 7Coat the zucchini in flour.
- 8Dip the floured zucchini in the egg mixture.
- 9Fry the zucchini in hot oil.
- 10Sprinkle the fried zucchini with grated cheese.
- 11Cover the pan with a lid and cook until golden brown.
- 12Flip and fry the other side.
- 13Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
