Directions

  1. 1Peel and cut the potatoes into long sticks.
  2. 2Boil the potatoes until tender.
  3. 3Mash the boiled potatoes using a hand mixer.
  4. 4Add flour and salt to the mashed potatoes.
  5. 5Mix until smooth.
  6. 6Add cilantro and mix.
  7. 7Spread the potato mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten.
  8. 8Cut the mixture into long strips.
  9. 9Fry the potato sticks in hot oil until golden brown.
  10. 10Serve hot.

  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 2 cups oil
