Directions

  1. 1Add a pound of stew meat to your slow cooker.
  2. 2Add one packet of French onion soup mix, one carton of beef broth, and three packets of brown gravy.
  3. 3Stir all ingredients together.
  4. 4Put the lid on the slow cooker.
  5. 5Set your slow cooker to low for six hours or high for less than that.
  6. 6When it's done, take off the lid.
  7. 7Stir in one cup of sour cream.
  8. 8Add one package of cooked egg noodles or any noodles you want.
  9. 9Stir the noodles in.
  10. 10Serve some in a bowl.
  11. 11Sprinkle parsley on top if you have some.
  12. 12Optionally, add some red pepper flakes.
