Slice your chicken breast into cubes.

Season the chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

Slice your potatoes into small cubes.

Season the potatoes with salt, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, grated parmesan, and optional olive oil.

Give the potatoes a good mix.

Oven bake or air fry the potatoes for 20-22 minutes till beautifully golden and crusted.

Cook your chicken in light butter on medium heat for 5 minutes per side till golden and crispy.

Lower the heat, add a drizzle of honey, barbecue sauce and fresh parsley to the chicken.

Mix the chicken for 1 minute till juicy and well coated.

Add blended cottage cheese and milk with Italian herbs, garlic powder and parmesan to the pan on low heat.

256 g Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (Brand: G Hughes)

1600 g Uncooked Potatoes, cubed
2.4 Tsp Salt
3.2 Tsp Italian Herbs
3.2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
2.4 Tsp Garlic Powder
2.4 Tsp Onion Powder
48 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
3.2 Tsp Olive Oil (optional)
320 g Fat Free Cottage Cheese, blended
480 ml 1% Milk
1.6 Tsp Italian Herbs
1.6 Tsp Garlic Powder
64 g Grated Parmesan

Tips
If the color of chicken doesn't change after seasoning, it's not well seasoned.
Lower the heat when adding honey and BBQ sauce to the chicken.
When adding blended sauce to the pan, make sure it’s on low heat; no need to cook the sauce.
