- 3Mix well until combined.
- 4Dust a clean surface with flour.
- 5Knead the dough.
- 6Dust the dough and the surface with flour.
- 7Roll out the dough.
- 8Cut the dough into rectangles.
- 9Make a small cut in the middle of each rectangle.
- 10Fry the dough pieces in hot oil until golden brown, flipping as needed.
- 11Remove from oil and place on a plate.
- 12Top with sour cream and cheese.
