Directions
- 1Cut the potatoes into pieces.
- 2Place the pieces of potatoes in hot water.
- 3Mash the potatoes.
- 4Add corn starch, pepper, green onions and egg.
- 5Mix everything together.
- 6Using a piping bag and a knife, put the potato bubbles in a pan with hot oil.
- 7Fry the potato bubbles.
- 8Take the potato bubbles out of the pan and place them in a bowl.
- 9Mix the potato bubbles.
