Directions

  1. 1Cut the potatoes into pieces.
  2. 2Place the pieces of potatoes in hot water.
  3. 3Mash the potatoes.
  4. 4Add corn starch, pepper, green onions and egg.
  5. 5Mix everything together.
  6. 6Using a piping bag and a knife, put the potato bubbles in a pan with hot oil.
  7. 7Fry the potato bubbles.
  8. 8Take the potato bubbles out of the pan and place them in a bowl.
  9. 9Mix the potato bubbles.
