Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Boil 2 lbs potatoes.
  2. 2Mash the potatoes with ",25 cup butter, ",5 cup milk, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Brown 1 lb ground beef with 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves.
  4. 4Stir in 1 tbsp flour.
  5. 5Add 2 cups beef broth and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
  6. 6Simmer until thick.
  7. 7Pour the gravy over mashed potatoes.
