Directions
- 1Boil 2 lbs potatoes.
- 2Mash the potatoes with ",25 cup butter, ",5 cup milk, salt and pepper.
- 3Brown 1 lb ground beef with 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves.
- 4Stir in 1 tbsp flour.
- 5Add 2 cups beef broth and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 6Simmer until thick.
- 7Pour the gravy over mashed potatoes.
