30-Minute Appetizer
Directions
- 1Cut up 5 pieces of bacon with your kitchen shears.
- 2In a baking sheet, add the bacon pieces, honey, and brown sugar. Toss to coat.
- 3Hand tear 2 tablespoons of rosemary and add to the bacon mix.
- 4Add 8 dates, hand tear those as well. Make sure you remove the pit.
- 5Throw it in your oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 6Take 8 ounces of goat cheese and half a block of cream cheese at room temperature.
- 7Throw it in a blender with an eighth a cup of olive oil and some honey for good measure.
- 8Whip that up.
- 9Spoon your bacon mixture on top of the cheese mixture.
- 10Add honey and fresh rosemary.

- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 eighth cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
