Directions

  1. 1Add olive oil to the pan.
  2. 2Add shallot and stir.
  3. 3Add a pinch of salt.
  4. 4Add garlic and stir.
  5. 5Add juice of half a lemon.
  6. 6Add butter and stir.
  7. 7Add half a carton of heavy cream.
  8. 8Add rosemary and chives.
  9. 9Add Tony Chachere's seasoning.
  10. 10Add Pecorino Romano cheese.
  11. 11Stir until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 whole shallot
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 scoops garlic
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 half a carton heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's seasoning
  • 1 container Pecorino Romano cheese
