Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper

Directions

  1. 1Put 2.5 pounds of ground beef into a pan.
  2. 2Chop the beef aggressively until it is no longer frozen and turns brown and crispy.
  3. 3Drain the grease from the browned beef using a paper towel.
  4. 4Add a couple of tablespoons of mustard to the beef.
  5. 5Add about 1/4 cup of ketchup to the beef.
  6. 6Add a healthy splash of pickle juice.
  7. 7Add diced minced onion.
  8. 8Add garlic salt.
  9. 9Add pepper.
  10. 10Stir the ingredients together.
  11. 11Add a healthy squirt of tomato paste.
  12. 12Add beef broth.
  13. 13Stir the mixture around and bring it to a simmer.
  14. 14Add a whole bag of egg noodles to the pot.
  15. 15Add some water to the pot.
  16. 16Put a lid on the pot and allow it to simmer on medium heat until the noodles are done and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  17. 17Add a whole bag of Tillamook Triple Cheddar Blend cheese to the pot and stir.
  18. 18Add slices of cheddar cheese to the pot.
  19. 19Serve and enjoy your homemade hamburger helper.

  • healthy squirt tomato paste
  • beef broth
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 1 bag Tillamook Triple Cheddar Blend cheese
  • slices cheddar cheese
