Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. 2Line a baking dish with foil.
  3. 3Pat ribs dry and season all sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  4. 4Arrange ribs in the baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
  5. 5Bake for 2½ to 3 hours until ribs are very tender.
  6. 6In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, and honey.
  7. 7Remove foil, brush ribs generously with sauce.
  8. 8Increase oven to 400°F and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
  9. 9Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
