Add about 3/4 cup of mayonnaise to a bowl.

Add about a tablespoon each of yellow mustard and Dijon mustard.

Toss in a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce.

Season with a teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add a tablespoon of extra hot horseradish for a kick, if desired.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Cover the sauce and store it in the fridge until ready to serve or up to a week in advance.
