- 1Peel two potatoes and make a lot of quite thin and deep cuts, without reaching the end, with the help of chopsticks.
- 2In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic, pepper, salt and olive oil.
- 3Place them in the air fryer, paint them completely on the outside and also between the cuts, and program the machine for about 50 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
