Directions

  1. 1Spray the pan with some cooking spray.
  2. 2Add 800g of lean ground beef to a pan.
  3. 3Cook the beef on high heat to get a crispy sear.
  4. 4Break up the beef.
  5. 5Add 1 medium diced onion.
  6. 6Add 2 tsp of smoked paprika.
  7. 7Add 2 tsp of garlic powder.
  8. 8Add 2 tsp of black pepper.
  9. 9Add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper.
  10. 10Add 2 tsp of salt.
  11. 11Mix well.
  12. 12Add 200ml of beef stock.
  13. 13Add 120g of light cream cheese.
  14. 14Add 90g of ketchup.
  15. 15Add 10g of mustard.
  16. 16Add 120g of diced pickles.
  17. 17Mix all up until delicious and creamy.
  18. 18Place a warm tortilla on a cutting board.
  19. 19Add 1/9 of the cheeseburger beef mix.
  20. 20Add 20g of low-fat cheese.
  21. 21Fold in the sides of the tortilla.
  22. 22Roll up the tortilla tightly.
  23. 23Place the rolls on a baking tray with parchment paper.
  24. 24Spray the rolls with cooking spray.
  25. 25Sprinkle the rolls with parsley.
  26. 26Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.

Tips

  • If you wanted a low carb option, you could always try one of those lettuce wraps.
  • If you want the wrap to feel more like a cheeseburger wrap, you could add some lettuce to it.
