1Cut the bread, remove the crumb, add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a little chili powder and a pinch of black pepper, and insert a strip of provolone cheese in that hole.
2Remove the skin from the creole chorizo and flatten it, giving it the shape of the size of the bread. Then, place it on the bread.
3Pass through the pan, first on the chorizo side, and remove when done.
4Make the guacamole by crushing the avocado in a mortar together with the cilantro, a touch of lime and a pinch of salt.
5Take out the choripán and finish by pouring the guacamole and a good squirt of your favorite hot sauce on top.
