Directions

  1. 1Cream together all wet ingredients.
  2. 2Fold in dry ingredients on low until a wet dough forms.
  3. 3Add more flour if the dough is too wet.
  4. 4Chill the dough uncovered in the fridge for an hour.
  5. 5Roll out mini cookie dough balls and bake at 350 for 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
  6. 6Whip up cookies and cream buttercream while cookies are cooling.
  7. 7Fill containers with cookies and buttercream.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened well
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 cup all purpose flour
  • 0.67 cup black cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened well
  • 3.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 12 Oreos, crushed finely
