Directions

  1. 1Mix cake mix, margarine, and egg (optional) until it resembles wet sand.
  2. 2Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. 3Mix powdered sugar, eggs, and cream cheese until smooth and light.
  4. 4Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake base in the baking pan.
  5. 5Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is glossy and the edges are browned.
  6. 6Dust with remaining powdered sugar after baking and cooling.
