Directions

  1. 1Prepare the pistachio dough and cut a circle to fit in the tart pan.
  2. 2Press the dough into the pan and trim excess dough.
  3. 3Add the prepared custard to the crust.
  4. 4Arrange the raspberries in a circular pattern over the custard.
  5. 5Pour the pistachio cream over the raspberries.
  6. 6Spread the pistachio cream evenly with a spatula.
  7. 7Add more raspberries and chopped pistachios on top.

  • 1 pistachio dough
  • 1 custard
  • 20 raspberries
  • 1 handful pistachios
