Cinnamon Roll French Toast Rolls

Directions
- 1Mix together butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon until combined.
- 2Cut the crust off your bread.
- 3Roll out the bread nice and flat.
- 4Spread the cinnamon butter over the rolled bread.
- 5Roll up the bread tightly.
- 6Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla until combined.
- 7Dip the rolls in the egg mixture, do not soak them.
- 8Melt some butter in a pan.
- 9Toast each side of the rolls until golden.
- 10Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- 11Coat the rolls in the sugar and cinnamon mix.
- 12For the icing, mix together softened butter, cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
- 13Pipe the icing over the rolls or pop it in a dish to serve.
